Because this thread was always terribly popular on my other forums, and it did make people get to know each other better.
I started school today. And twisted my ankle in dance because I (stupidly) didn’t practice over the holidays and did a weird jump. I’m in pain and it’s taught me a great deal (mainly that I’m stupid.) And my mum laughed at me.
Also, a happy birthday to US Virgin Islands and USAlex. Have a good day.

Awwww~ Thank you, UK~ ^^ But I didn't do much today. Except getting a few 'congratulations' here and there. And also a MASSIVE flower arrangement delivered at my school. @.@ And got scolded for not finishing some stupid questions that were strictly assigned to finish AT CLASS. It got me pissed :L

Thanks yous all as well ;D
...
Today I went to my four hour organic chemistry lab and almost blew something up (mixed up hazardous waste container #1 and #2....heh.) But luckily I knew to dampen this particular reaction, just throw a base, such as baking soda on it, so I did, and nothing caught on fire or ate through the plastic container. Woohoo.
Also, I had to watch over/give coffee to all the dumbasses in my dorm hall who decided to get smash-drunk on a Monday.

Ice-cream....I crave it. I got my results for my year 10 GCSEs and I am happy. Barely revising pays off And am stooped in coursework already. It's only day 4 of the new school year. -headdesk-

I don't know what GCSEs are...but they sound like important-test-things....GOOD JOB! -highfive-
Man, I know what you're saying about coursework. It's day...-counts- 10...for me, but it feels like 3 months or so. Organic chemistry...I love it a lot, but the homework? Seriously. Same thing goes for my calculus classes. Interesting..but, no.

Awww. I'm so sorry, Indonesia. *huggles*
USAlex, it's kind of like finals in your last year of secondary, and what you get can affect the colleges and universities who'll accept you. But you can do early entries a year before, which is what I did, so I have this year to focus on the rest of my subjects.

Ok, so today i basically became a mom. ... Ok, not like that but still. My mom had to be taken to the ER which left me taking care of my sister (and practically of my dad too). I had to prepare it all, got up at 5:30am and check we both (my sis and I) had everything we needed. Do far the stress is killing me, and I have 2 tests to attend to today. And to make it all sugary-sweet, it's a MATH test. I do not want to see how today will turn out.

USVI, hope your day turned out alright Indy, you need a big hug. So I'm giving you one. -huggles- Hope everything turns out alright on your end. Today for me was good, if a little unproductive. Watched anime at uni, had one class which I didn't do the readings for so ended up a bit confused |D, came home and started working on an essay due in *checks calender* ...less than a week. I'm kinda trying /not/ to think about the fact that I have exams starting next week. Whoop dee doo~ Most interesting thing today? I found out that a large hot chocolate can cure headaches. And that women truly will do anything to look good, even brave 10 degree Celsius mornings in only a summer beach dress.
